nice, but yes have been trying to find what format the tangent map showed on the vid is, since it;s linear color and not normal map, is it not flow map?

I tried creating the same material using the same textures, because I was struggling with the new anisotropic material in UE4.25. But I realised that the effect was caused by the normal map, not by the anisotropic value or the flow map. Have you tried disabling the normal map to see the effect of the flow map alone? It simply doesn't seem to work for me...

I think so, too. It is not good to see the result of Tangent Map only...

How did you create the Anisotropy Angle /Tanget map? Is it the same as a world space Normal map?
