how did you put your sculpt panel over the perspective window? mine is on the left and i cant move it anywhere

Hmm I'm not too sure im afraid, might be the Unreal version I'm using 4.25 wbu? The only thing I'd suggest is by dragging the taskbar at the top but if you've tried that I'm not sure sorry amigo!
