@@AEIOUx2 Oh, yes I would. I don't get scared of things that lurk in the dark. I have been enamored with dark and gloomy things from a very young age despite my profile name. When I played this game for the first time when I was six, I loved to go to the graveyard because the dark and creepy environment made me feel so alive. Dead Hand is probably my favorite enemy in this game, and I am utterly confident in my ability to watch him be reborn on the Unreal Engine without getting scared because that creature never scared me in the first place.

The only problem I have with this is the lack of bouncing. That was a great effect in the original fight and should've been replicated here. Other than that it looks fantastic. I love the textures on Bongo Bongo.

If you know what you're doing you stand near the outside and hardly get any bouncing and at worse you hang off the edge if you think a hand will hit you.

This looks amazing! The only issues are that the game's movements seem pretty slow and clunky and the fact that Bongo Bongo doesn't have the usual moan as he beats the arena. Everything else is stunning! EDIT: I forgot to mention the issue with Bongo Bongo's beat startup, how it goes from slow to fast.

Your models and lighting have always been fantastic and I feel like they might be getting better somehow, good on you for that. I also feel like the animations are looking better - a bit less awkward. I understand there's not really much more work one person can do on that besides mo-capping which obviously isn't an option, but it just sticks out a bit with the more realistic visuals.

Like I said before it's really sinister, gothic, beautiful, and realistic. The things that I'd recommend is adding the hover boots since it was featured in the shadow temple and boss fight. Link should've been screaming when he was falling in that pit. Also you should've added an animation of link losing his balance on the drum in the very beginning. Also do the same thing as well when bongo bongo hits the drum.

Honestly these are great ideas, but animation is a very tough task and I don't think you know how much youre asking for. I know how to model and animate. it is far from simple. It's very time consuming and somewhat difficult

Very nice!! It’s funny how every viewer notices some small detail from the original that they miss. For me, it’s the ethereal purple “static” during the original death animation. It made it feel like Bongo Bongo was dissolving slowly into some other dimension that it came from. If you could add that back somehow, in HD, that would be sweet.
