after the plugins deleted, remember to detete the "saved" folder and regenerate it again. otherwise it would be error when packaging.

The problem is that this plugin (UDP Messaging) is needed for Direct Link Datasmith to work. I hope they will fix it at some point.

UE 5.4 run perfectly in ssd disc however in a mechanic one cause this issue

Those plugins you've disabled. What do they do, and why they were enabled by default?

Not everyone is experiencing this stuttering issue, but there are people whose Unreal 5.4 version is having this weird issue. I jumped in the forums and checked multiple solutions but none of them worked. The one which worked for me I created this video for the same. The plugin "UDP" and "Studio Telemetry" (protocols) is used for data packet transfer and basic communication between the networks. These were by default enabled in Unreal 5.4, although Studio Telemetry was not found in Unreal 5.3. Hope that the new update in 5.4 will fix the issue of unnecessary continuous data packet transfer which might be the reason for the stuttering.

Ive been having the same issue. UE 5.3 runs perfect yet the new one is lagging in the view port.

@TheEpicSingh it was such an irritating thing with the lag. I knew it wasn't right. I'd just uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still happened. I disabled the plugins, now it runs smoothly.
