Thanks for all the info, man! Hey, I do have a question. Are there any warm-up stretches or exercises you do to loosen up before play time? I love foos, but suffer from slight carpal tunnel syndrome. Is there anything I can do besides take ibuprofen?

Seriously, is there any form of warm-up routine you do so your muscles don't all become one big knot? Is there a way to stand so your shoulders don't feel like there gonna fall off the next day? I love foosball, but I am sore as fuck.
