If youre on budget, its better to buy gtx 1660s or gtx 1080 no TI, I recommend saving some money for a used rtx 3060 in good condition or rx 6650.

Gtx 1650 is a very weak card, unless you have a tight budget, I would recommend gtx 1660s, gtx 1080 or buy an rtx 30 series card, I also recommend rx 6600, 6650 or rx newer generation
