Jon De Guzman is a Filipino Artisan & Metal worker who creates Hyper Realistic Fine Miniature Items for the High end Statue & Action Figure Art & Collecting community all over the world. His work is often on par or in some cases a grade beyond that of the full size objects he replicates. Often replicating Beloved Film and Television Props from properties such as: Blade Runner, Star Wars, The Matrix, The Professional, Hellboy, Breaking Bad, Dexter, The Magnificent Seven, The Princess Bride, James Bond, Edward Scissorhands, Daredevil and 300 among many many other things.
In February of 2024 while showcasing my own work Live in Las Vegas, Nevada during the Annual IMOMA (The International Market of Miniature Artisans) show I seized the opportunity to interview DAVID PARK from South Korea, who was visiting family in the US & happens to be Jon's Representative & Attache', he brought along Many of Jon's Prototypes & demonstration pieces and agreed to talk with me and share some of their story.
This was an experience I will Never Forget. Thank you David & Jon for this opportunity!
