I do not like the refrigerator. I don't know why they did. not just build that into the cabinetry to make it look so much better. The location that they have it at looks awful in the current location.

These houses are all under $400k. The fact they even come with a refrigerator is unusual. To find a a house that has the refrigerator built into the cabinetry, you’d have to move up in price point a pretty good bit. If that’s something you’re looking for we would love to help you find it!

With the amenities, I’m sure there will be, but I don’t know if it’s been set up yet. I’ll have to see if they have any info on that yet. I wouldn’t expect it to be very expensive though.

I haven’t heard of anyone locally having any of the types of issues you see posted online. They use local contractors where they build, so I would imagine quality could vary from one location to another. These houses looked pretty solid. It’s definitely something we will keep an eye on over time to see if they maintain this level of quality.
