Don't quote me but I'm pretty sure at the time they ruled that it was legal because he didn't get him with his shoulder or arms, so it can't be deemed a shoulder charge. Just a body check, which is all clear.

1:00 there is absolutely no arms in the tackle, the correct sanction is to sin bin the raiders full back and award the penalty try. What a joke. thats the problem with the NRL, there's little integrity for the game to be officiated properly

That last one should have been a penalty try, great attempt and he shouldn't be sent off or anything there wasn't any malice in it he was just trying to stop a try but first contact was with a closed fist to the head.
