I was able to confirm the title of this track is "Strange Weather" and it was used in S3E1 of ABC's Big Sky. I sure hope he eventually releases it. TANX to James for sharing this partial.

@@hannamoora I'm not promising anything... But he has been saying he's been recording an album for a while and in the concert I went to on the 27th Oct, he said the album was finished!! I'd probably expect it to be released next year at some point? Maybe after he's finished touring in February?? I'm so excited!!
