I would describe myself as an extreme conservative/libertarian. I have been involved in UK politics for some time, and the main thing that drove me to study Bitcoin and ultimately recognise its value to Humanity was the threat posed by an over-weening government, first in the UK and lately in the US also. I regard the CBDC as the final brick in the wall of the totalitarian prison the world's governments are building for us. And Bitcoin is the ultimate defence against a tyrannical government.r.....I've been engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Francine Duguay, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

Imagine XM Radio or Dish network for access in the future. That would be wild. Personally, I won't buy a car that doesn't have XM Radio integrated into it. My experience with network access for music services has been frustrating in the car. Spotty network access and many of the streaming music services just can't help themselves with commercials. No commercials with our subscription service (starting with cable) has been a lie for over 50 years. The greed gets them every time. And XM hasn't gone that way and therefore gets my money.

Buffett may see OXY as similar to treasury bond risk. The CEO is masterful at capital allocation - share buybacks, paying down debt, dividends, value acquisitions. OXY generates tons of free cashflow, which Buffett with all of his wisdom loves. Recall that he has $60 warrants that expire in 2027 (84 million shares = $5 billion or more if he exercises them). There is good reason to believe that the share price will be $60 or higher by then. Great company, great investment.

That's most likely the rationale behind the selling. The investments in Sirius XM, while I can't be certain, I'd argue they've been done by either Weschler or Combs, not Buffett himself.
