As other commenters have noted; heat from the exhaust may interfere with braking maybe to the point of failure. Be very careful and test extensively. All that work relocating things was impressive, let's hope it works out for you.

いい仕事しますね！流石です。 昔ミッドコントロールに変更した際にマフラーとブレーキマスターの隙間が紙切れ一枚程しかなかったけど、熱くなる事もなく影響は全くなかったので問題無いかと思われます。

No no, my Friend, don't do that! There needs to be more space between the brake cylinder and the exhaust! You can try to mount the brake cylinder higher, but the rod shouldn't rest against the engine cover, and use a heat shield. Sorry, but I'm really worried about you!
