Gaza’s people have long been living under extreme restrictions, both from Israel and Egypt, unable to freely move or work. Just cutting off aid won’t fix the situation-it will make it worse.

Every organization should be able to make contingency plans and should be prepared for ANY eventuality. The idea that UNWRA has no backup plan at all is ridiculous. The UN has two months to get organized and to transfer operations to a new body, with properly vetted staff, to prevent infiltration from other bodies, such as the various terrorist groups operating in the region. What on earth is the UN actually doing with all the funding provided by tax payers around the world? The folks in NY are far too pampered and really have too much time and money on their hands, spent mainly in the city's fanciest restaurants every evening as well as in the UN's own diplomatic eateries.
