Unrwa chief says ‘there is absolutely no safe space in the Gaza Strip’

Unrwa chief Philippe Lazzarini said that there are now more than 350,000 people on the road in Gaza fleeing Israeli bombardment, demonstrating that there is no safe space in the Gaza Strip.
Lazzarini added during a joint press conference with Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi in Amman that there are 1 million people in Gaza below the age of 18, including 600,000 of primary and secondary school age, who are living in rubble and are deeply traumatised.
Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi said that a whole generation has been lost in Gaza due to the Israeli war and that this conflict will have consequences that will not end with the war's conclusion but will continue for years.

If the gazans hadn't elected a terrorist organisation as its government, wasted hundreds of millions of dollars of aid building terror tunnels instead of hospitals, schools, and useful infrastructure, they'd have a wonderful place in which to live. As for those who have died, been misplaced, widowed or orphaned, the blame can only be placed squarely on the shoulders of hamas, who use civilians and hostages as human shields. When you start a war, as hamas did, you can't complain when you lose that war.
