UNSAFE HANDRAIL!! Montgomery Escalators at Macy’s Washington Square Tigard, OR

These are cool Escalators but the left handrail on the down Escalator is VERY LOOSE & DANGEROUS!! It just like bumps & sooo hard like that’s a MAJOR HAZARD bc someone can get injured or killed & then Macy’s would be responsible bc it’s their problem. I even exposed the handrail & it was bad. I even told the workers that it’s absolutely UNSAFE!! But luckily the next time I went there days after this video was taken, they fixed it!! So yes, the handrail has been fixed which is good bc that’s an issue. You’ll see at the end of the video these two clips were taken on the same day
