The US jury got it right every turn it takes. I will always believe amber set out to murder Johnny and make it look like an accident. Johnny is blessed she didn't kill him on the stairs. Hopefully the televised trial put her on blast -- to THE WORLD.

There is audio directly after the finger incident happened. It wasn't admitted into evidence due to one security officer having passed away. It actually aligns with doctor and nurses account of the incident. Amber is heard saying sorry, she didn't mean to do it, shes crying saying she doesn't want to leave because what would people think. All while you can hear folk asking where his finger was and trying to separate them. The doctor actually said 'this can't go on' she has leave and telling the nurse to give her something to calm down. You will be able to find it online. This audio confirms that she was the aggressor while all the staff commenting 'not again'. Shame it wasn't presented in court.

@@loriflori Because Jerry Judge had passed away and so would not be able to be deposed or brought as a witness for direct and cross examination. He's the main voice heard throughout the video, with Dr. Kipper, the nurse, Amber and I think "Ben" later on towards the end, if memory serves me correctly. Dr. Kipper testified, the audio only proved his statements were true, therefore there was nothing exceptional about the audio as far as evidence goes, since they wouldn't have been able to use any parts where Jerry Judge was speaking. Also, even if they did clip the very narrow frame where Amber is wailing and admitting blame, she would have been called to the stand to just explain it away as "distressed" and "anyone would blame themselves in the moment" or some bullshit......The narrow clips they would have gleaned could have easily backfired on Depp's team, and Heard's team wouldn't want it to even be considered.

I know team Amber tried to play it off during the trial as "In these texts here, Johnny, you say "*I* cut my finger off," but considering Amber had already done a great job at proving herself to be a liar, I started to just automatically assume everything that came out of her mouth was either a half-truth, twisted to make her look better/like a victim depending on the situation, or an outright lie. And then there are those audio recordings that leaked about three years ago or so; what's crazy to me is SHE was the one recording it, not him. She KNEW it was recording, so it tracks that even in them, she'd be trying to twist things to make herself look better, and yet? In those recordings, she drugs him, mocks him, verbally abuses him, admits to hitting him, tries to seduce him, and oh yeah, then there's that pesky recording of the doctors after she cuts off his finger where she admits it and is apologizing for it, and the doctors are talking about the damage.

@christhornycroft36862 жыл бұрын
None of this is surprising from Johnny’s end. Every guy wants a woman who is like their mother. If your mother was abusive, as his was, you’re in trouble. You grow up believing you deserve it and when that person disappears from your life, you look for someone else to fill that void. Covering for her isn’t surprising either. She was his wife. Presumably he would have done anything for her. He was trying to do the ring thing by his family all the way along and she was taking advantage at every opportunity. I’m used to my dad being that way, so this isn’t a gender issue for me. Anyone can be a victim. I give him a pass. She’s the one who committed a crime.

So there's some evidence that Heard's father was abusive? Did she learn this behaviour? From the sister's account in Howell's statement Amber was abusive and violent from early on, was that because she was familiar with that as "home". Was the father a violent alcoholic? Could she have learned that behavior. Depp too seems to have had a problematic childhood but is apparently a much more forgiving, consequently sympathetic character. As for the English case it's hard not to suspect some bias, conscious or not, on the part of the judge. I've already signed Daniel's petition!

I think that when she killed her friend at 16.. she didn't get help for that and she was also not punished for it other than community service and suspended license for Manslaughter while drinking and driving. There are statements from arresting officers in the release of the sealed docs. When she was pulled over for driving again and her license was still suspended and the officers said when he ran her license it came back as suspended for Manslaughter. Her friend was named Logan. She fled Texas for Hollywood and was an exotic dancer for awhile too. I think she never got help and she deals with things the unhealthy way because of it. She carries alot of anger and she's never been given real consequences so she just kept going thru her life leveling up on her antics. Unresolved pain and anger leads to a mess of a life. The drinking and drugs... the wrecklace regard for other human beings. All stems from the way she began her journey to adult life.. starting with choosing to drink and drive and ended up killing her bestfriend. She should have been doing time for that, not a slap on the wrist with community service. She even claims that was volunteer work at soup kitchens to make herself look good. It wasn't voluntary it was part of her sentence for Manslaughter. She is a dangerous woman that nobody got help for. Her family knows it. Putting her away or in for treatment would have severed their money train thou. Money was apparently more important than other humans lives.. even the one person who bankrolled them all without complaint. And did so because he genuinely wanted to because he cared about them. Had he not left when he did.. I am certain we would be reading headlines that Johnny was killed In a freak accident or an OD.. that she probably would have spiked his drinks to ensure he died. She's killed before so why not? This time get something out if it. She was angry and severed his finger because he wanted a post nup agreement and found out she's not in his will. She responded with grave bodily harm. I am terrified for her baby girl. Kids test your patience and somedays makes you want to pull your hair out. She has no tolerance for that. This is what happens when someone only has enablers around them.. She became a monster. She also just sold her house for 1.5 million and instead of paying Johnny she went on vacation to Israel. She did the same thing when she got her divorce money. She traveled the world for a while. She thinks she just needs to spend all her money and nobody can take it from her then. Diabolical Evil person who only thinks about herself..

Daniel, it may be worth having a conversation with Colonel Kurtz (KZbinr). Both her parents are academic clinical psychologists, and she has a PhD/was lecturing in critical media studies..... She is working on a parallel case, which is JD-v-AH on steroids. However, in the course of that case, she has a lot of evidence from background witnesses, who were around JD & AH during their relationship. ..... The case is Marilyn Manson, and there's been all sorts happening, with purported evidence of swatting, the allegation of insertion of child "illicit materials" hacked onto his email (allegedly proven), evidence presented of impersonating an FBI agent to corner other women into making false allegations as "they were at risk, and the FBI can't protect you if you don't go on record". The FBI are now investigating the accusers, whilst Manson is launching his civil trial for emotional distress.... ....... However, Manson and JD were (are?), best friends.... Meaning Manson's PAs, other girlfriends, aids, band mates, friends, hung out with Johnny and Amber: much to Amber's chagrin. There was a video taken by Manson and his PA of Thanksgiving dinner in 2015. This was taken when AH made the claim JD pulled her "through the stairs" (in some matrix like, I think we need Brian Cox to explain the physics of this.... ).... Which made her have to change her ripped top, have bruises from the laws of physics being broken. AH said JD kept sneaking off to no snow with MM. .... However, the video actually shows JD really low, as that was the day/few days where his mother had been moved onto palliative, end of life, care in the hospital. Meanwhile, AH is throwing food, having a food fight with all the guests. No marks on her.... The video was either shot by Manson and/or Paula Weiss (his PA at the time, fully platonic relationship)..... It shows JD just sad in the corner and AH having a run time throwing the left over food at the guests, laughing, screaming, giggling, no marks on her whatsoever. So Colonel Kurtz, a friend of Andrea Burkhart, may have extra background evidence, or witness statements and video, that should have been procured for the UK trial. (Plus, she's a really sweet woman. She's not a fan of JD or MM, but believes in her core in justice. Has a sharp mind, good critical thinking skills, and is a good interviewee/interviewer -- so a conversation may be of interest about both cases?) (Also...... Carly Simon..... I found two Forensic Handwriting Analysis experts: lipstick writing was definitely AH -- they saw nothing of the trial, so came to it all fresh. Independent of one another and the trials, the conclusions are based on her earlier writing, using like fingerprint analysis for matching.)

Sadly even if admitted I would think that Amber's entourage of goons would be able to combat that as hearsay, wouldn't they?. Because she is not witnessing it herself but hearing it all from Whitney. It could possibly prove that Whitney is lying, but again it comes down to he said, she said. The whole situation/relationship was just a blazing volcanic hot mess. At least Johnny made it out. He has some everlasting scars to show for it

What is crazy is that people are conveniently forgetting or are ignorant to the fact that Johnny behaved like a true DA victim. He was covering up for his abuser and trying to keep her out of trouble. People need to stop acting as though women are the only one who get abused by their partner/spouse.

We knew about this statement, nothing new here

This seems to corroborate the facts as presented by team Depp and the other witnesses present during the 'finger' incident, including audio of Amber screaming in the background that she did it. Thankyou for the tidy explanation regarding the legal view of these docs. #JohnnyDeppGotJustice

I understand why this wasn't allowed as evidence, hearsay, but I don't understand why the audio of the doctor, nurse and bodyguard after that finger event wasn't allowed. Can you explain why audio with only Johnny and Amber's voices could be used and excluded audio with others peoples voices? it doesn't make sense to me.
@thekitowl2 жыл бұрын
I would imagine to cut out someone’s voice also removes context from what’s left on the audio . The part with AH revealing what drugs she’d been doing was a three way conversation & Jerry can’t be cross examined on what he said because he’s sadly passed away.
@nellyb24342 жыл бұрын
@@thekitowl But they could have played the part where AH said she 'didn't mean to do it' and her walking around quite comfortably on supposed 'shredded feet'. So much context was removed from JD's texts! What I will never understand is how a photo of a bottle of wine on the floor, a knocked over necklace stand and photos on a bed stood up for evidence!! I found that truly bizarre.

From what I have seen of the sealed documents it's a lot of hearsay that damages both sides, and makes sense that it was blocked from the trial.

Boycott Aquaman 2..until Amber is deleted from the film.. I would be happy to have Aquaman say that he has spoken with Mera and this is what she said.. Let Aquaman deliver any lines Mera would have said..We dont need Amber for a few measly lines..

We all heard the audio, we all know she severed his finger by throwing that bottle and IDK why certain groups are so interested in trying to gashlight the public and pretend that we still dont know the truth, theres no debate.

What I don't understand is why Jennifer Howell's witness statement is different to any others? Is it because she had not been interacting directly with either the claimant or the defendant? If Amber herself had told her, or Johnny had told her would that be the difference? Either way it's just somebody's word for it. Kate James for example would relay her version of events, Isaac Baruch or the couple counsellor. They're just giving their sides of the story. It's confusing to me how this is any different.
