Thanks for this great video! And thanks for showing the EV1 trunk lid I donated to the Petersen. It languished in my garage since 2003, and I realized it would be better off at the museum, along with the EV1 I leased for 6 years and drove on a cross-country adventure from Los Angeles to Michigan in 1998.

Keep going Laura! Just discovered today my 16-year old niece watches the Petersen Automotive Museum channel because of yourself. (and her knowing that I also watch the KZbin channel and that I spent 31 years restoring customer cars for the concours d'elegance at Pebble Beach) Thus not only are you creating content for the traditional automotive gearheads out there -- but you are also opening the door for entry to another demographic to bring into this hobby who are the future of it in the decades still to come. Never realized that until she mentioned it tonight.

GM giving back the trunk lid almost feels like a slap in the face. "We know you wanted to keep your car, but we crushed it anyway. But hey, here's one of the body panels back to make you feel better!"

Who killed the electric car? Thank you! I wanted an EV1 and never got the chance. At least today I have the chance to own an EV.

Why, why, WHY with the spooky music?!?!? Seems like there should be a word for the opposite of relaxing, maybe it will come to me.
