The Northern part of Ghana has fed us all with so many AMAZING dishes. Think of waakye, Hausa Koko, Funla, Koose etc. And during their holy months, some of the affluent members of the community serve cooked cow meat to ANYONE willing to eat. Oh my goodness, I'm salivating just talking about this.

I love this information very educational. I am from Southern Africa but I have to confirm that West African villages,food and weather looks completely different.
