He took one tablespoon of patience, one tablespoon of generosity, one pint of kindness; he took one quart of laughter, one piece of concern, and then he mixed willingness with happiness. He added lots of faith, and he stirred it up well.

I saw Ali in the mid 90's at the Boxing Hall of Fame yearly inductions in the mid 90's and he got up in the ring and moved around. Probably around 5 years after this and in the ring he looked as fluid as he was here. This is a very beautiful clip.
