A good meal, but don't women in Iran use cutting boards? I have watched some other videos from Iran, and no cook in those has used a cutting board, which would surely help to cut the vegetables more finely, and also into regular shapes, rather than just roughly the same. As for cutting the spaghetti - any Italian would have a heart attack! Cutting spaghetti is an absolute NO NO in Italy. However, I LOVE the colours, the garden, and the mysterious mist!
