There’s no way that I would have told anyone about that treasure! I would have slowly and steadily, piece by piece took that treasure home. And I would bet that none of that treasure is still there. You know the government removed and took all of that. You can bet on that. Shady ass government…..

He's got to be the stupidest guy that I ever heard of why would he try to get a contractor to blow up with dynamite that cave and which he was told that it might cave in here's how I would have done it I would have kept bringing a donkey take 10 - 20 bricks as many as I can and just keep racking them in and then slowly taking them piece by piece to Mexico and selling them for discount and getting cash yes it's a little bit of a hassle but according to this video it was illegal to have or get cash for gold or whatever they stated if that's the case you just sit it out go to Canada. There's always an investor willing to pay you cash if a bar let's say is worth $100,000 and you discount it for $75,000 somebody will jump on it if nobody jumps on it lower it a little bit more. But what I think got to him was that Gold fever he's like thinking oh I could take this all out in one load and it backfired on him!!

Its a sure bet the mountain houses nothing now. Interestingly, this segment was longer and included an update concerning two men. One of who claimed he was part of the military group tasked with removing the treasure from the mountain. He said he left his initials at an entrance, which was verified from an independent photo. If I remember correctly, the second man claimed he entered the mountain (as a civilian) but found no treasure, but he took photos of an entrance shaft and empty chests... and a photo of the aforementioned initials.

I did some DEEP internet reading on the Doc Noss gold. There's still some generations who remember this event. There's a huge amount of details left out of this Unsolved Mysteries episode. Everyone who was close to the area in White Sands, or close to those people during that era all say the same thing. Noss wasn't such a great guy, some regarded him a little shaky in business dealings, while others called him a con man. Some people are still owed money and they are hot with anger. His gold bar numbers don't add up. A pickup truck is going to carry how much gold weight, again? There's a man in Texas who was gold plating copper bars for Noss. A mining company in 1977 drilled holes all over that peak, found nothing. Now, what is fascinating is, The Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument protects that land from removal of anything. The fact that the lost Padre(LaRue) gold mine sits in this area, makes it all the more interesting. We all want to believe, but some gold stories are just that, too good to be true.
@capacola2627432 жыл бұрын
thanks. i have been saying this for years. the story makes no sense. the guy was a con artist, plain and simple. that's why he got shot. unsolved mysteries presents BIASED accounts of these stories to make them seem believable. if they presented BOTH sides of the story, it would be easy to see they are not mysterious at all.

I noted when the lady said this man is a con man😂
@NestozLikwidVPotient2 жыл бұрын
I took note of the gold coins and treasures. It seems he should have been able to carry a lot out of there undetected before even filing a claim. They made no mention that this was a widely explored area so it appears he was the only one up there. So why was he looking for more if he had found all that he claimed? I don't even know anything about him and I'm skeptical about it. Like decades ago and the way it is presented, he walked in and out the cave without it taking months. So it was bombed and rocks need to be cleared. Nobody in there right mind gonna bomb a cave shut with a treasure in it so that the owners can't even find it. That guy knows if anything was in it , him and the military took it out first.
@RacerXGTO2 жыл бұрын
@@NestozLikwidVPotient Doc Noss fabricated the gold story. The man in Texas who was plating copper bars for Noss kept calling, but nobody went to Texas to document his account. Noss was a con man with no gold to show for it. That's the real story.

Gathered for a meeting are several Indian Chiefs and a company of U.S. Cavalry An officer from the Cavalry displays a map showing a very small circle with an X in the middle. Your great white father in Washington will give you this land, as long as the grass grows, the wind blows, and the sky is blue - except if gold is discovered on your land Guess how long it takes before the white men breaks another treaty Near the end of his life, Red Cloud, one of the most important Lakota leaders of the 19th century and a veteran of treaty negotiations, recounted his experience dealing with the U.S. government over disputed lands: “They made many promises, more than I can remember As Long As The Grass Grows, The Wind Blows, And The Sky Is Blue This Reservation Will Belong To Your People Until Gold Is Discovered They never kept but one; "they promised to take our land, and they took it.”

I see stories like Kari Lynn’s, and I always think about how I’d ask my own parents for permission to walk to the gas station up the street at night for snacks or something…and I was ALWAYS told no. If I got lucky, my dad would take the walk with me. I could have been monitored visually from the driveway if my mom had wanted to do that, but nope. Almost always “No” - but for Dad. I understand her decisions now that I’m older. It was frustrating at the time, but I get it now, and I’m grateful. Rest Peacefully, Kari Lynn. 🙏🏻🩷💜

When you are younger grown-ups tell you to not go near people who are strangers to you, if they come near you to scream & make it loud so other people can hear 👂 you . Apparently that parent didn't remember being told that early in his life . It's a shame that you can't go very far, someone else hasn't the common sense to leave well alone when you need to get whatever you need. You most certainly don't never ever know what goes through the person's mind . You try to think of who would do something stupid,why was the person singled out , how long will it be before they (the police 🚔) catch the person who done it .

You have to recall that these mysteries were taking place in the 70's & 80's, being a person that was born in the 60's and coming of age during the 70's the crime was not like it is today. There was not the connection of crimes that we have today. You are watching this on U-Tube and hearing of crimes in different states. In the 80's we did not have such a large reach of information from around the world. You had your town or city, you knew your neighbors and the majority of people were good, same mindedness of people as yourself. So letting a teenager walk home from the store or library 4 blocks away was not seen as a dangerous situation unless you lived in some gang related or high crime area. I do agree that if in today's world you let your child out alone at any age you are basically sending your child even if they are an adult in a den of wolves dressed in sheep's clothing. My children are all adults now, however they always notify someone when they are leaving to take a trip, checking in during the trip also when they arrive. Doors are always doubled locked and checked. Some have a license to carry a gun while others have large dogs for protection. It has been 30-40 years from the time when we could live with our doors unlocked, walk down a street at night or just send our kids to school knowing they were safe.

It sure does not take a NASA scientist to figure out the army took that gold and dynamited the cave so the theft could never be discovered. Then tied them up in more red tape than all of the US Home Depot and Lowe's stores combined. By the time the family gets access back the cave been blown to powder almost and has no clue about the treasures location. It's an awful thing when someone sees sumthin they want and will go through any method to take it from the owner. Furthermore, will create the most outrageous lies and expect you to just say, " oh ok. Sorry to bother you. Sure didn't mean no harm." Just Grimy and greedy!
