Robert Stack in a trenchcoat, a suit and tie, smart casual and in this episode a leather bomber jacket. No matter what he wore he made it look damn good. He would have made a VERY good Bond. In 1991, an America's Most Wanted viewer recognized Hawkins as a former boyfriend. The viewer gave investigators enough information to locate Hawkins in Sardinia, Italy, where he was arrested on August 2. On January 2, 1992, while awaiting deportation, Hawkins tried to escape his Cagliari jail, but was caught in the courtyard. After returning to the US, he was found guilty of fraud and conspiracy and was sentenced to twenty five years in prison. He was released after serving twenty years of his sentence. Boggs and Hanson were convicted of murder, fraud, and conspiracy; they were sentenced to life in prison for their part in the murder. Boggs died of a heart attack in 2003 while serving his sentence.

That case with the three kids becoming orphaned by their mother's death, seriously presented a ridiculous system where they take the children away from a happy environment because it's 'law'. Humans are not dead objects, law should be viewed as a guideline since it cannot possibly cover every variable/potential situation in reality. Children have feelings and their own thoughts too, they should never be neglected or ignored. So sad that so many years of their childhood have been robbed from them.

side notes on Woody Kelly : In 1992, seven years after Kelly's disappearance, his wife tried to have him declared dead, but two witnesses appeared to testify that he was still alive. One witness was a deputy chief who said he had seen him in Tampa, Florida in 1990. The other witness was a fire captain who claimed to have seen him in Waukegan in July 1991. Instead of being legally declared dead, Woody Kelly was indicted on eighteen counts of mail fraud and two counts of mail fraud. There is still a warrant for his arrest. 21:02 don't bodies in the great lakes sink rather than float? I know that the great lakes have a very low bacterial content, which in turn means that dead bodies will not fill with gas produced by bacterial decay and float. Furthermore, dead bodies at the bottoms of the great lakes tend to get mummied. Again this is due to the low bacterial content of the great lakes as well as the absence of significant scavengers. As for the mummification process, the fat in the body turns into a soapy substance called adipocire so that the deceased ends up looking like a sculpture made out of dirty soap.

On the LeAnn story, it's so weird how "grown up and adult" 27 used to be. So many 20 and 30 somethings in this show seemed middle aged. Woody Kelly being 42 is laughable too. Both the real guy and the actor playing him looked 60.

I have specifically noticed this myself, and have pondered a bit wondering why it’s the case. Is it better cameras and image quality perhaps? Maybe, but seems far fetched to me. I see pictures of folks from WW2 era, and they straight up look like they’re 40+, when in reality they’re freshly 18

Captured. After returning to the United States, he was found guilty of fraud and conspiracy. He was sentenced to twenty-five years in prison. He was released after serving twenty years. At Boggs's trial, a witness stated that he had been attacked by Boggs with a stun gun two weeks before Ellis's murder. It is believed that Boggs intended to murder the witness; however, when the attempt failed, he decided to find another victim (which happened to be Ellis). Boggs and Hanson were convicted of murder, fraud, and conspiracy; they were sentenced to life in prison for their part in the murder. Boggs died of a heart attack in 2003 while serving his sentence.

Wanted. In 1992, seven years after Kelly's disappearance, his wife tried to have him declared dead, but two witnesses appeared to testify that he was still alive. He is 5'11" and 200 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. He was born on October 4, 1943, and Today would be seventy-nine-years-old (As of March 15th, 2023).
