To be fair, Netflix *really really really* put its own spin and format to it. Including each very long episode focusing on a single story. Which is likely much cheaper than what it cost NBC for these episodes. Since it's the Unsolved Mysteries brand, still enough to make me watch. Nonetheless, many of Netflix's stories look more like Impossible to Solve Mysteries.

It’s very sad. U just never know what someone else is going through. I try to be kind to everyone I meet. Even if it’s just giving them a smile and saying hello. I remember one time smiling at a girl at a gas station & telling her hello. She ran up to me as I was leaving and told me thank you. That she was sitting there thinking about how horrible her life was and didn’t think she could go on. But that me acknowledging her and smiling & telling her hello reminded her that there was some good in the world. I told her thank you for telling me and wished her the best on her journey. You just never know. Maybe someone just needs to be reminded that kindness exists. Ur one kind act could be the difference between life & death for someone on the edge. This story makes me so sad. Had that cab driver just showed a bit of human compassion, maybe that poor girl wouldn’t have made the decision to end it. May she rest in peace 🙏🏻😞

That poor model was too trusting. If your a model or want to be a model, work for an agency. Don’t just go to whomever calls you or even answer ads without asking for professional info you can check up on. Double check names of people that want to photograph you. Ask around if someone knows them. If someone ask you to come to a remote, isolated area to take photos, be aware, most pros have a crew, don’t even go alone or get out the car if it looks unsafe.

Jeff shouldn't be so hard on himself for what happened. He was just told to leave, the guys only told him to leave, maybe not nice way, however, they didn't threaten his life or show him any weapons. It was also the early 90s so I can see why he didn't think of anything, since this really didn't happen as much, plus many ppl are very territorial when it comes to their campsite. Plus he did take notice of her, she didn't really look upset, scary, or hurt, and was well-groomed and clean. I'm sure he would have reported if she saw her distressed or very unkempt and dirty. Since he was able to give a good description on Kimberly to the police and he did report what he saw right away. Which did gave cops like leverage on what happened. Plus I read somewhere that police don't believe the woman Jeff saw is Kimberly. However, for his sake, it isn't and it was just some very territorial campers. However, he does seem positive that was Kimberly, esp for a woman he saw for a second. Sometimes law enforcement has been wrong.

My grandmother always said if you smell the scent of roses around you, The Virgin Mary is with you. ❤️
@user_vwtx2 жыл бұрын

🙄🙄🙄 the "virgin" Mary was JUST A ORDINARY WOMAN. You shall have no other idols before me yet you weird ass Catholics worship statues of Mary....yeah ok

I've heard that, also that it can be St. Therese of Lisieux.
@melissasaint32832 жыл бұрын
@@ksol1460tv Yes! A strong smell of roses that can't be explained is, among Catholics, considered to be a sign of blessing or special grace.

I understand that companies have policies that employees have to follow, but there's no way that taxi driver didn't have 2 dollars he could have thrown in, to not drop that young lady off in a pitch dark, deserted area. That is insane to me.

The case of Kim Pendalios: the guy who saw her should have been more suspicious of the situation, especially if her hands were behind her back as was depicted, if this was accurate. He should have immediately gone to the police. And the 3 kidnappers were shown as she-men, which may not have been accurate either.

Alright, listen up. In regards to the second segment about Kimberly. When you are out in Sticksville and you run into 3 weird guys who attack your car and there is a beautiful girl sitting there all dressed up with her hands apparently tied behind her back (at least according to this show), something does not add up or looks right. Yes, at least tell the Ranger or call the police to check the site out.
