What I find to be just insane is mothers and fathers who raised their children know what their children look like WHEN they are sent off to war, but then the military wants to act like those very same parents wouldn't know what they look like once they start telling that family lies. A parent KNOWS their child. The government does nothing but LIE!

Frank and Theresa’s story sounds very similar to my Grandparents, both now deceased. My grandmother and grandfather loved each other very deeply, and my grandfather died nearly two decades before my grandmother did. I can only imagine that the pain my grandmother felt when he passed away was similar to how Theresa felt when Frank died. And just like Theresa, it was the love of the rest of my family, my grandmother’s children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, that kept her going on and filled the void that my grandfather left. And even more coincidental, when my grandmother turned 80 years old, just a couple of months before she tragically passed away, we had a massive birthday celebration for her with all of our extended family and all of her friends, and we even read her some things that my grandfather had written down. I remember thinking that that was the happiest I had ever seen my grandmother since my grandfather’s death. When she died not long after, I was heartbroken, but I had to remind myself that she’d stayed alive as long as she had for us, and she deserved to be with my grandfather again. Watching this story always makes me so emotional, because it always makes me think of them, and how I hope that they are together again in Heaven, watching over our family and waiting for the day when we can join them. I’m crying just writing this all down; I had to take several breaks in writing this because it got me so emotional inside 😢

it sounds like this curt guy was a victim of the army's secret program to create super-soldiers. he probably was very dangerous and still being used for black-operations. there is a possibility that he would have become out of control or otherwise useless to them and rather than allow him to reveal military secrets, would have killed him and planted evidence to support the claim of his dying in vietnam. hopefully he is still alive and simply not allowed to exit the program due to its secrecy.

I grew in the US but my family immigrated here from South America and no one in my family has served the US army so I don’t really know how the US works exactly but why wouldnMt they let family know their loved one lived? If he was declared killed in combat but then found alive, can they not back pedal? Or did Curt or this handful of soldiers commit atrocities or some kind of war crimes so they had to get secret identities to return?

In the Kurt case, the man in the 1st pic does resemble him but the 2nd pic, no that's definitely not him. The military knew what they were doing, giving the letter to the father knowing he was illiterate. But the father didn't question the check he was mailed?? @nicoleymacaroni 4 жыл бұрын
Huge difference. Calling someone attractive means you are attracted to them.
@tookitogo
@tookitogo 4 жыл бұрын
Nicole No, it doesn’t. It means you recognize that they are good looking, nothing more. You don’t have to be attracted to them yourself. For example, I’m gay, but I can still describe a beautiful woman as being attractive, even though I’ll never be attracted to her myself. Similarly, it’s not that rare for people who are decidedly not pedophiles themselves to recognize that a kid is attractive and is going to grow up into quite the looker. People need to stop being so paranoid. Yes, creeps and pedos exist, but they’re not lurking around every single corner, luckily.
