I genuinely got surprised when dream pulled the chains, and i am so exited to see what happens next, but after such efforts of making a whole 16 minutes of greatness you should get a more than well deserved break, please take your time and do not rush, for what you make is always and i mean it, ALWAYS worth the wait. And so it happens. And so much more happened than just the attack! First off, it was interesting to see Nightmares "passive" form or at least an un-gooey version. I do like that Killer immediatly trusted Nightmare even though he didn't recognize him at first and also that Nightmare is willing to trust his gang that they won't betray him shows to me that he has had some character development. Now, seeing a bit more of Dust and Cross was also pretty cool. I am starting to really like C, even if he seems difficult at times. C and Cross have a good dynamic even if they don't really trust each other. Just seeing them banter and talk is neat. And Core showed up! I was wondering when we get to see them. Love the eye movements, I have a feeling it wasn't that easy. Also, Dust going to Underswap and encountering Carrot is something i'm sure will have consequences. Carrot will start questioning things and I have a feeling he'll tell his two best buddies what happened. I am so excited for that story line to play out. Now, I do wonder what Blue had showed Dust at the stars base. Something important? I hope we'll find out at some point. Ink being unable to emphasize with Dream and his worries and generally being unable to read the room was both funny and worrying. A lot of damage can be done with that and it obviously affected Dream. Now, Ink most likely won't change, but it's still fun to see the dynamic between the stars. Oh boy, now to get to the spicy part. Dream and Nightmare fighting is probably nothing new but geez, that was a harsh one. Dream definitly suffered, especially with Ink's prior words. And how he ripped the chains off the soul and how it's actually shown at the end? Dayum, he's done playing around. In all seriousness though, that's bad. I know Dream can't 'hate', but I have a strong feeling he is as close to hate as it gets, regarding Nightmare now. This will cause the Balance some issues and I have a feeling the title is hinting that, espcially since Dream now has the chains around *his* soul, the Balance will indeed become unstable quite heavily. Though the Entity doesn't care how the chains get used, just that the extra positivity is there. I have a feeling the entity has either of two goals or both: 'neutralizing' the negativity in the multiverse, so in term, causing the balance to unshift and/or trying to get a response from the Creator, which I loosely base on the Description. Another thing I noticed was Dream's eyelight. It's different, a bit split up and, i think, mildly darker. Also, how Nightmares eyelight flickered at the end, from blue to purple and back? Amazing detail and even though Dream says otherwise, I don't think the old Nightamre's dead, just gone and buried deep under negativity. Since this comment is already really long, I'll make a second if I notice anything else. Though, 17 minutes? My god, that must've taken a while to get done. Incredible work Creator, you're really outdoing yourself. Also, thank you for all the work you keep doing. It's truly amazing to watch and speculate about.

Another interesting detail (tho I'm not sure what it might mean) if you look closely at Dream's soul after the chains are put on it, it seems to have a small crack on it (it wasn't there before the chains either)

Everything is really well-timed. There's too much I like and would like to point out to put in paragraphs so I'll just make a list: - Cross' hesitation to go to the Stars' base shows he will always put Dream before Nightmare. - Side note to the first, Cross still going to the Star's base. Xd - The attack to Nightmare was really well done; when he is alone, distracted, and just focusing on the objective. The glitch doesn't stop to chit-chat, straight to the point and sayonara. - The insight, as superficial and simplified as it is, to Dust's and Cross' friendship. - How you showed how serious Dust takes Nightmare's limits. It shows he has been through several punishments and is in constant edge, almost fear, of stepping out of bound. That boy is traumatized. (Not that the rest aren't.) - XChara and Cross' talk about the Overwrite button. If Creator put that there it's not because of nothing. This will very possibly come up later on. - Phantom's constant nagging. (Not that I like it, it's just a nice detail.) -Dust's pupil being white when Cross goes to pick him up, showing he was in a moment of vulnerability he allowed himself because he was alone. To let his guard down. Then it came right up when the X-boy showed up. - Also that Cross' outfit is incomplete thought the video, missing what I consider the most complicated part, the "Xs". It shows he is more relaxed and lax in the base, not finding the need to keep all the walls up. (That's how I take it, I may be wrong, sorry if I am.) - The negativity shockwave after Noot's soul is released that sent poor Killer back to emotionless state. Really bro, I feel pity for that guy. - Continuing with Killer, the opportunity he had to promise, demostrate to Nightmare that he doesn't need to be emotionless to be loyal. That he is truly devoted to him, must have been like a punsh to Nootmare. Punch that he took bad and didn't believe. (He'll get there, eventually.) - Nightmare calling Error to check his code. THAT'S an intelligent move. Be sure that the problem didn't do more than the apparent damage. - Dream and Nuggetmare's interaction! Dream just aggresively taking the chains away after, just minutes prior, stating he would need to be careful. Gold. Literally. Xd Dream having nothing to say, just accepting and with aggresive chain pull like "Ok then. *internal breakdown* F*ck you." (I just really loved that.) - At the end, showing both souls, when the chains are now in Dream, there's a crack in his soul, little, but still there. Showing that Nightmare's "let all pent up resentment out" deeply affected him. - Dream character development! :D (Honorific mention to Core's disapperance and mysterious antics.) Wheeow alright, I might add more later, for now that's all I can think of. Now for things I wonder or find uncertain: - What I wonder and find a little strange is, why didn't Swap!Papyrus know about AUs, if he has met with Classic and Shift? (Sorry if it's something I should've known. - u -") - Why did the chains wrap themselves around Dream's soul? Was it because he touched them or...? - Will the chains, being made of artifical positivity, power Dream up? Probably. - Does Nightamre's eyelight changing from cyan to purple mean more of his Passive personlity will show? If so, is this because of him being in Passive form for a long period of time? (Probably will show later on.) - What did Blue show Dust...? Hmm, suspicious. Now, desription! Welp, not much to comment besides wondering what the planned outcome was supposed to be. :^ Great work Creator. :D (Really underwhelming praise after all above, right? Xd) (Welp, that's it from me, sorry for any spelling mistakes, I'll correct them later.)

Hi! I just wanted say some of my answers to your questions/usure points from my opinion, thought I'm not the creator and those are just some speculations: - Paps actually said that he knows what AU's were! He said to Dust: "So you're from another universe?", but got confused about what does AU stand for. It's a nice detail because the fact that he met Classic and shift means he knows that other universes exist, BUT only Sans's AU's call them the universes AU's as a short for "Alternative Universes". - To kill three birds with one stone: I think that Dream started actually HATING Nightmare, which made Dream's soul with a little "negativity crack" because he became more "negative". Dream also took the chains to make himself stronger againts Nighmare, because he'll start being more cruel againts him. Meanwhile Nightmare, because of Killer showing his loyalty to him even with emotions, made him a bit more "soft", making his goop melt a bit because he became more "positive", showing more of his passive self. (Edit: 1) Maybe Dream also uses the chains to hide the negativity? And 2) Maybe Nightmare was turning to his past self alao because he was weakend by the chains) - As for Blue, I actually don't know😅 (Edit#2: But now that I think about it, I can't find Blue's room that's in the stats base in ANY VIDEO. Maybe the creator has something important for it...) *AGAIN, those are just speculations,* as I'm not the creator ^^

You've outdone yourself with this, Creator! The best part of this video that I like is that it shows all of the character's flaws: -Nightmare's gang is afraid of being punished by him, and therefore are extremely reluctant to make their own decisions. Cross was, logically, the best person to get Dream, and that would've likely been the best thing for him to do. However, his fears of being punished, and knowing that Dream and Nightmare do not get along led him to follow Nightmare's orders, even though said orders didn't perfectly fit his strengths. -Dust never accepted Swap's offer to see the Star's base as he didn't want to have to lie to Nightmare too much. Had Nightmare not cared about the location, and had he trusted Dust a bit more, Dust likely would have accepted Swap's offer, and the situation would have been resolved a lot sooner. -Ink's amnesia while trying to reassure Dream... How predictable... Yet someone thought it was a good idea for him to pay the bills... -Nightmare cares about Killer, but doesn't 100% trust him, and vice-versa. Killer doesn't want to look weak in front of Nightmare, not realizing that he's already effectively Nightmare's right-hand man, and that Nightmare loves him regardless. (Also, Killer picking Nightmare up was HILARIOUS) -Dream being unable to know when he did wrong is a huge weakness, as he DID have at least a part to play of what happened to Nightmare in Dreamtale. It should be noted that Dream is mentally much younger than Nightmare, so it is understandable that he is the less mature one of the two, and him blaming Nightmare for what happened is like a teen mad at their parents. Dream's grief makes him unable to see the entire picture, and determined to get revenge on Nightmare, using the chains, despite the apparent risks associated with them, ignoring the importance of the Multiverse whilst doing so. -Nightmare blames Dream for what happened in Dreamtale, even though it was mostly the villagers to blame for what happened, not to mention that, as Guardian of Positivity, Dream was required to spread positivity regardless of the situation, unlike Nightmare, who had no such requirement. It seems as though Nightmare can't see the situation from the whole perspective, either, and is unable to get over an event from nearly 5 centuries ago. Great job as always, Creator!

This is just perfect, the reason Dream still can't kill Nightmare is because his still thinks there's a chance for him to bring back his brother, he still believes and hesitates to kill him but now he has a clear answer by Nightmare, he'll definitely kill him without hesitation. While Nightmare seems to know Dream didn't fight him serious cuz he see the hesitation of killing.

The outcome was rather unexpected. But it seems they're still in danger if the description is anything to go by: "but it'll still work"; and it seems to be just starting. This time the glitch didn't try to delete anyone by attacking their code, as Error said, this time Nightmare's code wasn't affected like Dream's and Ink's was on the past timeline; so it seems that this time the glitch is gonna try to mess with the Multiverse's magic and the balance. When Dream took the chains off of Nightmare's soul, they chained his own, that can't be good. He also snapped, he's accepted that Nightmare is not the Nightmare he used to know, but I don't know if that's good or bad as of now.

Holy shit, 17 MINUTES OF CONTENT, FROM YOU!? *dont mind if i do!* Oh my god, i absolutely loved this video, it gives such a wide range view of so many relationships, to see how they interact with eachother both in casual situations and emergencies. Even so, more lore on the Swap and Stretch situation, i am always excited to see where that part is going, and especially how Swap and Stretch are dealing with it. Cross and Chara’s relationship is always so funny and amusing to me, i love to see those two interacting with eachother, and damn, that was a good explanation Chara, definetly is kinda sad. OHHHH, Dreamtale brothers lore! Holy shit, i do wonder what Nightmare said to him in whole to make Dream snap like that. I am getting so excited for what is to come! Have a feeling we are going to get a villain Dream arc of some sorts, now that he is no longer seeing Nightmare as his brother, but some evil being who killed his *real brother.* Judging by the way Nightmare’s eyelights were changing and the goop-less spots on his soul at the end, we are going to so a heck of a lot more passive Nightmare, either appearance or just personality in general, his and Killer’s relationship can definetly bloom a lot more from this. This *’passive state’* will also most likely be what brings Dream out of his *’villain state’,* hopefully realising that his brother is indeed *still alive,* Nightmare just doesnt show that part of him. AAAAAA, CORE! Ok, so, some more details I found: Nightmare seems to be reading quite a bit. Either he is a hobby reader or he is trying to find something important. My guess would be the latter. Horror comforting Killer is really sweet. Oh yeah, the fact that Cross keeps a rose from Dream in his room, despite the probable dangers is really cute. Dust just barely saving himself from a potential punishment is also really funny to me and you can see that he is veeeery aware of how close he got. I like how you portray phantom. He's very much set on still killing everyone. "You murdered me for nothing if you don't-", just screams vengeful spirit to me. I quite like it. Dream just glowing after Nightmare's neutralization(?) is also kinda hilarious, guess he really is a glowstick. Also, I know Nightmare cares for Killer, but it is really cute when he offers a hug as comfort, especially since he doesn't show his care often. Now, there really isn't much to say in the middle part, just a lot of story telling and banter, so i'll go to the end. It's interesting to me that Nightmare can change his size. Can he grow even taller? or shorter? If shorter, then how short? I assume he can be shorter than his normal height, but who knows. Now, this is just something I find absolutly admirable: All the different poses you portrayed, especially the ones from Nightmare are really well done. Making new poses takes time and I have huge respect for you being able to keep your style while simaltounsly creating all these poses without them seeing forced or anything. They look really natural and you've done a phenomanal Job with them!

What I think is worth mentioning aswell: when Core said that Dream's worrying, Cross immediately took control, probably with force as C looked like he was in pain for a second. It just shows how much Cross cares about Dream.

They didn’t care about the creation, he wasn’t expected to do this Before watching: ink? Ok that looks lien the Glich but it’s not glitch I would have to compare if the new black entity and the old glitching one look the same What happened with night is interesting, this does neutralize negativity from the MV and slowly kills it but that doesn’t don’t keep balances especially if he does die in the end from it if it’s not fixed I under stand that killer having open emotions can make him vulnerable but the heart soul wouldn’t kill him, right? Not suppressing everything isn’t the worst causes but that could lead to killer losing that killer aspect of him self and healing It does show nightmare control about killer but he does care about killer being sad, kind of like the punishment vs purple eyes where he likes seeming the team happy it’s an Intreating change to Nights emotions with the others At the point where nights yelling at Dream, I just read up on canon and if that’s the causes (out side the other guardians and the what happens to stone thing) then I can see where nights coming from with the you abandon me though that’s not the causes Ok so the negativity reset killers soul, says something I just don’t know what End of the video thought Nights eyes keep fluttering Dreams eyes almost looked more orange, he also didn’t have stars or circles but the outlines circle shape The golden chain is on his soul, a stronger magic that could cultured him maybe. Orange and Toxic controlling positivity make me think of Swad or SwapDream! Dream a toxic version of the Radiant DS!Dream Nightmares soul has a gash, this might have a part to play in the eye flickering. Ordered it was probably caused a constant biting of the chains but shows the inside as nightmares true soul Purple and shows this is still a same entity AU not one with a Corrupted evil Enon Ty in control but one where nightmare was just pushed to the edges of his limits and taken his power for negativity way to far the side of evil This gash probably will also effect who he is and/or his magic The chain being of dreams soul makes me think something worse is going to happen with him and he’s not going to be the same Dream we know

IDEA WITH THE DISCRETION TEXT Not what was expected, the entity didn’t think “he” would do something this could be Nightmare getting help, Cross hiding his knowledge, Dream helping, Night yelling at him or what everyone’s thinking Dream taking to the chains because they probably didn’t bond to him on there own This still works show that there neutralize negativity plan still works as long as the imbalance in positivity’s still there With the chain on his soul and the darker color it still leads me to thoughts on Swad an AU blessed by Positivity (a Radiant if you don’t know DS canon). This AU nightmare still the same but feeds into negative and uses punishments to get that he still corrupted but not possessed. We see in Purple Eyes he’s getting better with caring for others and for the team but they still fear punishments which makes you question how dare has he really come or was that later in the timeline seeing purple eyes with him lighter be a newer thing after this point but I know it has happened before (though I can’t recall when) in the previous timeline But they could also be Dream, who doesn’t care about his bother, his love or approle anymore taken on the chains he knows is throwing off the balances and can be difficult to deal with (I’m guessing even when not ona soul he can’t touch) and this might be a I’m kissed off discussion that will greatly hurt him later They could also be JC the Creator entity with in the story but we can’t know for sure

Great video! I think this is the longest video you've done that's part of the story. There's a lot so I'mma point out what I noticed.( I don't have keen eyes, I get most of the plot from other's comments, so don't expect much) - Cross seems pretty hesitant to tell Nightmare ANYTHING that might annoy him and eventually, punish him. - This is around or after Punishment I guess. - The point in the Multiverse where Dream realizes Passive Night is long gone. In canon at this point he changes his outfit, but I suppose that doesn't happen in your multiverse? - Those chain thingies around Dream's apple/soul and I'm not sure what but something was also added to Nightmare's soul/apple. - Cross and XChara's feelings overlap because they have the same soul ( I didn't know that before. Is that canon or your headcanon?) - Cross still has Overwrite but is scared to use it because this multiverse may and does have a different code ( Cross' multiverse: Underverse Your multiverse: Star and bad sanses) And I think that's it. I definitely missed out on the small, important details but I could just figure that put from others comments and hopefully, the descrpition. I FINALLY FINISHED WATCHING ALL YOUR VIDS THAT I MISSED OUT ON! 😁 AND what happened to that Dark world series that you were doing? Edit: Ok now that OIve read a few other comments it's obvious.
