Kernzikov is boosting perception not reaction time. You’re also slowed down along with everyone else allowing you to perceive and digest Whats going on more easily whereas sandevistan straight up allows you to react before the enemy can realize what’s happened. Based on gameplay, Sandevistan= reaction time Karenzikov=perception

They both do the same thing, but there are tradeoffs. Kerenzikov is on at all times, meaning you are always fast and have better reaction times, but it's not as fast as a sandevistan. With a sandevistan, you can go really fast for a short amount of time. It's either you are always slightly faster 24/7, or you can go really fast in short bursts. One or the other. Sandevistans typically have lower humanity costs than kerenzikov since you're not constantly dealing with altered perception. You can see this in-game, since scanned enemies that have a kerenznikov can Dodge bullets.

I think that's just straight up what happened to people who died if they had the older version of Kerenzikov. Back in the TTRPG Kerenzikov is always on to the point that the user has to adjust to living life in slow motion. So imagine accidentally tripping a mine or getting in the way of a shotgun blast but not being able to move in time. You'd see then feel the shrapnel slowly tear you apart.

You can turn off a Sandevistan. Kereznikov is always on. Both do the same thing, dilating your reflexes and perception of time. In TTRPG, high end Kereznikov by far has the higher humanity cost since everything is agonizingly slow forever.

In the TTRPG, nanites are used to connect individual nerves to the cyberware. The procedure plus recovery can take 2 weeks of downtime.

theres a long list of drawbacks, probably more than positives in our current society but given time and the right people to inroduce it i think it would end up as a technoligy perceived no different than that of cell phones, computers or even cars hell given enough time it would be looked as as no different than having a tatoos

A drawback could also be that the user's time perception would be out of wack. Like if they overuse the sandevustan, their mind would start feeling like the world is moving too fast during their normal activities.

I don’t want to nitpick, but the “david build” Sandevistan is made by Qian T (I believe pronounced Chi-On Tee) which is a subsidiary of Kang Tao for products and services that they might not want associated with their parent company. Like how Lexus is owned and controlled by Toyota

Sandevistan has mod slots so i think its better especially the quaint sandevistan mark 4 with 3 legendary heat sinks brings cooldown to 3 seconds so cracked

Legendary bioconductors reduce all cyberware cooldowns by 30% making the legendary Krenzakof also 3 second cooldown while also having the utility of a cyberdeck

Usually, it is a mental phrase or intention. In 2020, you had to mutter a chosen keyword to activate a sandevistan.

Go to any ripper doc, you can equip it by selecting the Nervous System option, just read which ones the Doc has available and it literally says "Kerenzikov"
