If I'm not mistaken the mushroom greenhouses degrade their output over time so it wouldn't be a bad idea to either replace the one on the farm or remove it as well. I think the milking cattle (water buffalo and cows) degrade their milk production with age as well, wouldn't hurt to sell off the older ones so the younger ones can reproduce a new heard.

dairy cows dont degrade in performance per say, they peak at 36 months and stay the same forever

Word of caution though, the farm's mushroom greenhouse is connected to all the fencing around the house, so deleting it would delete the fences as well.

Don't forget to mulch and weed the ground off the olives and grapes.

The olive groves are cheap to buy now and Giants said they doubled the yield you get on them now, so it definitely would be worth expanding them big time.

20:54 daggerwin I think a bakery would be better than a second dairy,and get a second dairy cattle shed for Holsteins make normal milk, cheese and chocolate and then breed your own Angus’s in a another Cattle shed keep the cattle field for growing the Angus calves

You can extend the water capacity on anything with a water tank extension. Great series

I definitely going to say go all out and get the xerion and 8RX to replace both tractors and build the cement factory yes it might increase your temple build bye 35% I think the bale canon sport is fun hope to see more off that this series really is doing very well know and there is so much more to achieve yet keep going daggerwin I’m enjoying this series 👍

25:57 you could "cover" the huge difference in height by leaving some space between the dirt road and your field, and doing so place a fence or some sort of guardrail to prevent you from falling in the pit. The rest you could just do some paintwork with rocky texture and make it look like your original paddy fields

You could probably do tiers of rice fields on the current grass field, so it would have like 4 rice “fields,” in the 1 plot of land. And the flattening would not be nearly as significant of a cost.

If your going to upgrade tractors, perhaps keep your cheapest tractor and a dolly with the water tank for the goats. That way it will keep the trough topped off.

Once grass fields say ready to harvest it doesn't grow any more. The grass may look longer but you don't get any more.

This would probably be far too impractical… but maybe you could have a couple of terraced rice paddies in the field! I think it would look ace but as mentioned… probably tricky to manoeuvre the tractor & planters in!

I think it would be a good challenge for you to do is EVERYTIME you kill a sign you have to pay $500 to the county workers to repair. Keep a Talley and at the end see what your total is

The coops really need internal egg storage like all the productions. Eggs are a great moneymaker, but it being capped at like 6 pallets is way too micromanage-ey to me

Because the game is easy to make money I park a tractor just for this and leave it there with auto load trailer by my chickens (usually 4 x 300 pens) and suck em up every month onto the trailer. I perfer more sim style then Role play as real time is valuable

Chickens can only produce 1 egg every 23 hours if they are kept outside in unheated conditions they can frequently not produce an egg as the food they consume will turn into energy to keep them warm..

just because the temple is not taking any more cement bags does not mean its done. It will take up to the capacity of the sell point. Once it uses some, you can keep selling up to the capacity again even if it does not use it at the end.

The farm managers control the spending and purchase vehicles and items etc. The players on there just use the vehicles etc to complete the jobs and if they need anything they can ask a mod as there is always one online.
