So true about getting in touch with the outdoors. I was never happier than when I lived outside Junction Texas way out in West Texas. We had two places on the South Llano river. You were out in the boonies and the night sky was incredible!! And the wildlife was equally impressive. It gave me a sense of peace like nothing I've ever experienced. To be able to jump in the golf cart and drive miles into the backcountry and stop and just listen to the silence was so amazing. No one around for miles and miles. God I miss it and I kick myself in the ass everyday for selling the place.

This was extremely well done. Muir was right...the outdoors is a place of renewal, every time a fresh breath of reality in our often synthetic, composite, asphalt-glass-and-concrete-laden world. That part of BC is a fierce, untamed, unforgiving land of incredible beauty. Thank you for letting us see this hunt through your eyes. Would have loved to been there, but this is the next best thing.

I've shot a lot of white tail and exotics here in Texas but a moose is the holy grail. Even the giant Axis deer we have here is nothing compared to a bull moose.
