Untamed Border Events

Untamed Border Events may be new to the scene as event hosts, but their founding members have many years’ experience of competing in triathlon, running, mountain biking and adventure races. Most of all, they have a passion for challenging themselves in the great outdoors. With the dream to share beautiful, normally not publicly accessible land with others who share the passion, they launched their inaugural Untamed Border Run in 2023. The incredible feedback from the 200 entrants who walked, ran and skipped across the mountains spurred them on to dream bigger.
They now stand as a fully Incorporated not-for-profit association, based on their love and respect for the outdoors, but also with a desire to give back to the community. Their original organising committee has grown from four to nine people, each willing to donate their time, knowledge and experience to Untamed Border Events.
