ummm my brother, Masvingo can't be third largest town in the country. It was granted city not so long ago and is certainly smaller than Gweru and Mutare. I would argue that its the same size or slightly bigger than Kwekwe

@zimcoder, it's not being negative. We need projects done up to standard. I have noted a lot of projects in Zimbabwe that are substandard. In the long term we will lose money nekuti the life span will be shorter than it should be.
