depends on how good u are, you can get money faster if you survived long enough on the waves gamemode or, just grind in freeroam for unlimited titans

it wont damage the beast titan if you use thunder spears for it. you can only kill the titans that he summons using thunder spears so your only way is just to attack, kill the titans he summons, heal if hp is low, repeat until you kill beast titan.
