کاش ہماری عدالتوں کے فیصلے بالکل انصاف پر مبنی ہوتے تاکہ ان مجرموں کا انکاؤنٹر کرنے کی پولیس کو ضرورت ہی نہیں پڑتی۔ سب کو ہی پتا ہے کہ ہماری نام نہاد عدالتیں بس کمزوروں پر ہی اپنے فیصلے سنا سکتی ہیں، جبکہ کسی اثر و رسوخ والے شخص پر ان کے پاس ثبوت ختم ہوجاتے ہیں۔ پھر ایسے ناسوروں کو معاشرے سے ہٹانے کا یہی طریقہ ہے۔ ہاں جو bad cops اس کی آڑ میں اپنے مقاصد حاصل کرتے ہیں وہ تو ظاہر ہے غلط ہے۔ لیکن اگر کوئ شخص واقعی ہی مجرم ہے، اور عدالت اس کو مجرم ثابت کر کے سزا دینے اور پھر اس پر عمل کروانے سے قاصر ہے، تو عام شہریوں کے لیے یہی بہتر ہے کہ ان مجرموں کا انکاؤنٹر کردیا جاۓ تاکہ ملک کے لوگ ان مجرموں سے محفوظ ہو۔
