UNTOLD STORIES, "the voice of the homeless" was the first documentary produced by The Independent Film Company Inc. in 2011. The three part series gave the homeless of Castries and avenue to explain how they ended up on the streets, the challenges they face and how society can assist them. Well Wendell went back to write cxc mathematics in 2013 I see him every now and then with relatives he seems to be doing better.

I think there is a greater social issue with Substance abuse. There must be an intervention with all members of society. I personally think that we need to start teaching the real dangers out there with Mental health and Substance abuse. This important subject needs to be taught from early childhood up until adolescent and beyond. Just by listening to the response from these people they are not interested in rehabilitation . As mentioned there are a few institutions like TURNING POINT, SALVATION ARMY , GOLDEN HOPE and in some cases , family that can be a safe haven that can help . But the question remains. Are they willing to comply and even stay when they are brought there for help? To the Narrator.:The right word is Mentally Challenged , not Mental Retardation .
