you can still prone into areas you need too ive tested it when you prone you prone for like a second and then get up so if you walk into it during that second and there is a roof above you then you stay prones

I really think that prone should be necessary for this server since tarkov is mostly about tactics right? using more tactics than just reflex, and most of the objects in game has a gap or opening below it, might be useful if you could go prone and shoot through that
