Do we have the statistics where it says that the current restrictions in foreign ownership of land and business is what drives away investors? I think the problem is the shortsightedness of former presidents who failed to carved a clear path for the country towards systematic progress and development and setting goals and milestones. Just look at how bad we've managed our urban and rural areas. The development is so centered on urban areas instead of developing rural areas to make them enticing for investors to invest in. The effect of this mismanagement can be seen and felt by the worsening concentration or people density in the metro creating monster traffic. Metro manila is over populated. This problem and the lack of suitable alternative in other location is what drives investors away.

China lang alam kausapin ng mga Duterte . Hindi nila Kaya maki Pag meet sa mga foreign leaders ng mga ibang bansa. Only PBBM can do such task for the Philippines . Probinsya na siguro ng China Pilipinas kung yung previous President pa nasa position o kung yung Babaeng D magiging Presidente.

First, what is his,or who is his driving force that motivates him to go against and destroy the image of our present president, who's trying all probabilities and opportunities to solve and improved our country in most areas where it needed,and with that we have gained alliance and good image in many countries around us. And here, within Duterte, is tearing down and trying to poisoned the mind of the filipino,to bring out their personal interest and plans. And be sensitive as well, because we could not allow them to ruined us and our country only to served thier own purposes..
