for the second one you showed, it’s actually the view of getting to the stairs and turning around. for the monster switched with zuboshi, my guess is that they couldnt get it to work in the chase so decided to change and scrap it entirely

There was another sneak peak u missed that they never added which I was really mad abt it being scrapped. They posted a TikTok showcasing the chapter and there was one monster that was moving around and it had really long limbs and looked really scary.

I wonder for that multiple armed monster could have possibly been an original model for Ryoshi. I do agree how they look alike. And if you look closely, the position of the legs in the animation at one point match with the leg position of Ryoshi. 1 leg bent and behind the other leg.
