How did you fix ADS FOV transition ? While ADSing I have ~1.35 FOV even with 1x scope. But yours 1x is 1x actually. Not 1.35

Set your FOV higher. I've settled at 90 FOV for the past year

At BR100 you get access to the ASP system. Spend points to do things like have shotgun or SMG secondary.

can i question, what countershade is used for if no underwater fight? seems useless to me.

It removes spot effect when you get a kill. HLX Crossbow already has suppressor effect (no minimap dot when firing). Getting to remove your spotted effect as an LA is invaluable against better players. The playstyle is to use HLX + countershade + ambusher jets to stay off the minimap and play pretty aggressive. Because the HLX doesn't have the DPS to compete with 1400HP heavy assaults, you need to rely on having better map presence, movement, and awareness. TLDR; it's a gunplay strategy

Short Answer: Yes Longer answer: Because it's useful, you can use your own or your teammates presence on the minimap to bait players into easy kills.
