Hopefully I close on some Land 1.6 Arce's on a Peninsula, fairly close to the Ocean, less than 1/3rd Mile from a Bay in Bay that juts in, and about 3/4 Miles from the Boat Launch, with the better half of the Peninsula as a Nature Reserve, and all Highly Managed Trails. I was planning on getting land before the Pandemic which screwed me up, and hopefully I can have my own outside space, at the same time being right next to a Whole Bunch of Trails right on the Ocean! 9 Days! its Super Raw Land though, even slightly Rocky, not even a Trail into it, and it doesn't appear anyone has ever lived there, but a site survey or something use to own it, but their no site map?!? But a Well is mentioned, and I am seriously wondering, considering the nearly unpopulated peninsula next to it, and how the area isn't that populated, who dug that Well? Because its a very old dug well, I couldn't even find it! (Have to watch my Step!) Like could it be native, or similar to Americas Stone Hedge less than 4 hours away? Seems to have Garnets too, most likely not the Gem Quality ones I've found and have cut that weren't suppose to exist in the area, but I am looking forward to doing a little Gem Mining on my Own Land, and taking a very short trip to the Coast Line, for some Good Fishing! You need to get some land bro! I am getting it all paid out off the bat, than its Well and Septic time, and wood is super expensive right now, so I am not sure if I will 100% get it done by the Cold, but maybe!

It's good to see Devon Pixies are alive and well and living on Dartmoor. We had them visit our Apple Tree behind our house in Dawlish during the Summer back in the late sixties and early seventies. They would often knock on the back door to let us know they were around and we would give them a Pasty to take back to their home after they collect all the apples they needed to make their Cider.

I like his videos, and hate bland spaghetti, but prefer honesty. And I know they really exist, but you will have a better chance getting a real sasquatch on film, than any kind of miniature creatures. However, there is one channel that claims to have captured them on camera, and I have seen it, tend to believe his photos are genuine. If you are interested, check out Colorado Big foot. He has many interesting videos on all sorts of creatures, and he goes into the woods on almost every video. I always see creatures he captures on video. God bless you and keep you.
