Unusual rattling noise upon acceleration from center console of BMW320D | MotoFyx

We had this 2016 BMW 320D for a annual service along with the issue of rattling noise coming from center console while accelerating or driving through rough roads.
In order to figure out the source of the noise the road trial of the car was taken.
Later upon detailed underbody inspection by our expert technicians, the problem was due damaged handbrake cable bracket
Since the car is rear wheel drive and the location of handbrake cable was near the propellor shaft, the handbrake cable was coming in contact with propellor shaft which resulted in creating rattling noise.
Solution.
- Underbody Guards were dismantled
- Handbrake cable bracket was fixed properly.
