Ahh yess the advance and L series I work in hospital and yep there are chimes strobe and everything is all Honeywell including wheelock

Plot twist: the chime is literally the system sensor mass 800 HZ sound but way higher pitched, especially more noticeable on slow whoop

So it's literally a reused sound file from the MASS that has the same overtone series

05:03 On the L-Series chime strobes they've changed it to not have the 1 Chime Hi setting due to some major complexites they've found out as this only exists on the L-Series chime only and that this tone on the SpectrAlert Advances won't really work when coded because powering off the power supply in between the sound creates the dying noise or after the sound cause the strobe to flash I'm not sure if the coded operation on SpectrAlert Advance horn strobes made dying sounds if they're cut power to it

Your really better off anyway setting it to single stroke if it was a 4 wire model so the strobe can still work properly. Idk if 4 wire chime/strobes exist though.

@@safetyzone2962 Knew Wheelock has 4 wire chime strobes. Didn't think it was the same for EST. Especially because all of their Genesis horn strobes only come in 2 wire versions.

I'm wondering the same thing too. I have an L-Series Chime Strobe in my small collection and mine has no fire lettering on it.. So basically System Sensor may very likely have done the same thing with the L-Series that they did with the Advanced series.
