I feel the same as I got the vibe that someone +20 years ago had this item and took so much care of it that it feels like an time travel . Maybe the pre owner are in their 60s,70s,80s or in heaven now but the items are still here.For me it's very nostalgic as some of the LV items I got are from the early and middle 90's . I can not compare the old materials with new one but I think that the vintage items are better than the current ones . By the way I meant Saumur and not Saumura and that I paid 170 usd for each (without 19% taxes and 19 usd dhl express fee) the jeune fille and Deauville I bought for 305 usd total without taxes even with taxes it's a great deal compared to the "newer" models

I’m looking for the Saumur 30 and it’s now $400 USD on eBay for good condition bags. Still a great deal. There are so many to choose from on the secondary Japanese resell market! 😊

I recently purchased a Samur 30 for $230 from a seller in Japan from eBay. It s in great shape but… I couldn’t help myself. I had LV repair look at it to see if all the vachetta could be replaced. Its costing me $1,310 but I don’t care because its still less expensive than the newer bags!

Hard to say because this has two openings but I would say it is similar in size. I think you can fit more in the classic city. hope that helps. Length and height are close
