How do you find out if your property can get a well put in??
@PHOENIXAZLIVING9 ай бұрын
Great question, thank you for your comment...depending on where the property is located in Rio Verde Foothills oftentimes will give you an idea if a well can be installed. There are certain areas where the aquafers run beneath the properties where wells could be installed. If not sure, then well testing(drilling) can be done to see if a well is available on the property. Since I have sold a few homes out there, I have a pretty good idea of what area is more receptive to wells than other areas. Are you drawn to Rio Verde? Where are you currently living? Thank you for your support of the channel.

Definitely! A client bought just down the street when I first saw it. I was quite surprised. Very friendly and would always come over to the fence for some scratches. The also had a camel. When living in the county there is more flexibility with type of animals you can have. Thank you for your comment, appreciate the feedback! Where do you currently live?

They have resolved the original water issues that I talked about. A vast majority of homes have wells and some areas have hauled water. There is plenty of both, depending on what you prefer and the home that you might be looking at. It just depends on where you want to live in Rio Verde. When my sister-in-law and brother-in-law moved out there 3+ years ago with their horses they fell in love with the home and it was supplied with hauled water. Once they were settled they realized that the homes around them had wells and were informed through testing that an aquifer(underground river) ran underneath their property and they could have their own if they were willing to pay for it, which they did. The best decision they made. My other clients also have wells. Where are you living now? Thank you for your comments and kind words, really appreciate it, and thank you for your support of the channel.

@@PHOENIXAZLIVING ty for your response , good info, you know your stuff, we live near Verrado in Buckeye, we saw a property on 17009 e bobwhite ave, decent size lot no hoa, heard about the water issues , saw you video, good channel btw, based on your experience of rio verde , how long is a commute from there to central Phoenix? we think its to far and not realistic, we looked into Gold Canyon and its a 54 mile commute lol , too bad its really nice there, so we are looking into south Phoenix right near South Mountain , smaller lots and hoa though, seems like to get a newer home and nice lot size you need to be a millionaire, or commute far away, good thing is we have great equity on our current home.we like a new build but all small lots lol

@@jesurunblends great response, thank you! Rio Verde is nice and that home was down behind Trilogy which would be hauled water. I've talked to several homeowners that are on hauled water and it's not an issue for them. It's typically the horse properties where those 4 legged beasts drink a lot of water.🤣With my sister in law, they have 5 horses and they were spending several hundred dollars a month in hauled water. It really depends on your lifestyle. As far as distance, you are about 45-60 mins. to the central Phoenix area. Verrado is a great area. When you get a chance check out my videos on Verrado and Buckeye, have done several for the Buckeye area. Our building company did a lot of building in the Buckeye area, we developed the Sundance community at Watson & I -10. I built the homes on the North side of 1-10 & Watson. The South Mountain area is nice too, with several good communities. If you need any help finding a home, I'd love to help you. If you want new I can definitely help you that's my background. Our home building company has built thousands of homes throughout the valley and I understand that aspect of the business thoroughly. Appreciate your interaction. Have a great day!😀👍

@PHOENIXAZLIVING Whispering Hills is a new community I drove by yesterday being built by Tripointe, wonderful so far ,with native plants in the landscape a rarity lol, yes I may have to contact you, we are not officially signed with a realtor, although one has been helping us some, how does that work?
@PHOENIXAZLIVING27 күн бұрын
@@jesurunblends Tripointe builds nice homes with flex space and RV garages; I believe they are single-level homes too. As long as you haven't signed with a realtor you are OK to work with whomever you'd like. It's just the nature of our business. We can always meet for coffee if you'd like to get better acquainted. I'm here to help, just let me know. I can be reached at 602-677-6081 or by email at info@phoenixazliving.net. As always, appreciate your interaction. Have a great week!
