Hey pilots! Tricker here and I want to welcome you to my channel on combat aviation. I’m a real world pilot in the Airbus 319/320/321 series and I enjoy DCS World, Falcon BMS, Falcon 4.0, IL-2 Sturmovik, X-plane 11, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
If you want to fly WWII aircraft over Normandy and the English Channel, then DCS World WWII is for you and they have plenty of aircraft to choose from such as the BF-109, FW-190, Spitfire, P-47 Thunderbolt, and P-51 Mustang. If you enjoy modern aerial combat then you want to focus more on DCS World products such as the F-16, A-10C Warthog, AH-64D Apache, F-15, F-14, JF-17, SU-27, Mirage, Mig-29, F-18 Hornet, Mi-8, Mi-24 Hind, Uh-1 Huey, Ka-50, F-5, Mig-21, AV-8b Harrier, and the F-4 Phantom. Some of the mods that are out there for DCS World are the F-22 Raptor, SU-57, A-4 Skyhawk, Rafale, and Gripen.
I enjoy other games such as Total War, Battlefield, War Thunder, Escape from Tarkov, as well as Squad.

It was this polish-american DCS youtuber that brought the 104th to my attention while I was still doing SP only. I then snuck onto the server and got my ass cheeks clapped for about half a year. But suddenly I started to kill people and I was hooked. Even I complained about what was then called airquake servers but it made me a force to be reckoned with. Now a dynamic mission will make again the 104th what it was for such a long time: Gold Standard!

I really need to get playing again. This was practically the only server I played for many years. I still remember the days these guys actually joining when I was already playing there for a while. Especially Titanfire and Fallen ate a lot of my missiles 😁 I got the proof on my YT channel 😄

Hey just starting to watch the video and i hear you were comming from the 169th, is that the 169th_Panthers? Former 169th_Dutch here, flew with the 169th in Lo-Mac days. I remember when around FC1 dropped we started with a persistant combat mission map with a "live" match red vs blue that would change the map ever week or so iirc. Edit: very nice interview. Question tough, do you guys plan to put a server closer to the EU?

I was really interested until they got to the part about how players on both sides fly the same aircraft. I think it’s a mistake. That one side would have f-15s going up against the other sides F-15s; it doesn’t just make IFF difficult…. It makes it pretty unrealistic

Although I agree with you, until ED gets serious about making a full fidelity red aircraft, we are stuck with “unrealistic” scenarios. The majority of people don’t want to fly FC3 aircraft against bluefor. You can make the arguement for the JF17, but until we have a full fidelity redfor plane that can be on par with blue, we will see these types of scenarios.
