I've come to realize, after finally seeing the truth surrounding Genesis 6, that all these low case gods were fallen angels, working with Satan to deceive humankind . (Sorry for the novel) I’ve studied the Bible my entire life. Around 17 I started studying other religions and that’s when I started to actually gain a measurable understanding of the Bible. I’ve never understood why someone would say to another “don’t read that.” Or don’t associate with them.” Referring to other religions for a couple reasons. How do you ever expect to bring someone to the lord if you know nothing of their beliefs? Also how can you look knowledge in eye and say “nah that’s bad.” If your faith is so weak that simply reading a holy book from another culture can sway it, it’s not there to begin with. I say all that to say I agree 100% there is so much that’s missed out when “skimming” or strictly studying the Bible and hoping to understand it. There are so many cultures it’s literally a library compacted into one book and if people think it’s amazing now, imagine what they would feel with a solid comprehension of what’s contained in it.🤯

Question: So, it's easy for someone to sit on the other side of history and point fingers at the way these people worshiped Baal and other gods. In my understanding, a mass of people typically wouldn't burn children and offer up all sorts of sacrifices if things didn't work. As a Christian, I've seen prayer work. Does anyone know if there's any written account of these Baal rituals actually working? Or did these people just worship in vain? The reason why I ask is, that God has taken the Israelites through an astounding amount of monumental events that point directly to his hand. How can they turn from him and worship other gods in such a way? Unless these other gods offered something that their wicked hearts were seeking.

No you idiot it's, God and the word, then god thinks of something and the word brings that into existence, then the first thing created is Lucifer or Light, and Lucifer thinks he's the best creation since he was first and was created to shine glory on God's throne so when you look at God's throne and see the glorious light of God, that's actually Lucifer you're seeing as the holy light. God created a few more angels to be in charge of heaven, Lucifer was the chief of these angels, then the angels got servants assigned to them, then Lucifer and the angels and their Servants,created humans, and God put humans above Lucifer and the angels and told the angels to worship human. Lucifer didn't worship humans because he was stuck thinking since he was creation number 1 that he was most important and that the other angels should follow Lucifer not the humans. God throws lucifer out for challenging him, when Lucifer should by being the first creation, a example of what to do when it comes to serving God. So Lucifer was used as an example to other angels as to what happens even if god makes you his favorite.
