I've just sold 2 new builds that I could have rented out but they were the high end of the market (gated subdivision) in that town/area. However I/m planning on building "affordable" middle class houses. I need to find private money though. NOT hard money. I just stumbled on your channel over this video title. If this is one of your regular topics I'll keep coming back. I need to find private money as I've mentioned.

basically same cities. I love it. build to rent, many folks do not want to live in apartments.
