Hello Ruban, thank you for message and support. Appriciated. Currently I am working with RF & Communication stuff for my graduate Study. We have devices of Tektronix, Keysight, Agilent and others. It would be great to have similar detailed video (like your TBS1202B Oscilloscope video) for 1. Tektronix MDO3102 Mixed Domain Oscilloscope 2. Tektronix AWG710 Arbitary waveform generator 3. Keysigh E36311A programmable DC power Supply 4. Agilent 8753ES S-parameter Network Analyzer. Thank you so much.

what is the ideal bandwidth oscilloscope required for an electric hobbiest? is 50MHZ enough?
@theengineeringhood3527
@theengineeringhood3527 Жыл бұрын
Dear Sarathi, The ideal bandwidth selection depends on the signal you want to analyze, just take an example if you want to analyze any signal with a frequency of 1MHz there you need an oscilloscope of at least 5MHz bandwidth. hope this answer resolves your query....!

If we r checking the volt/div for inrush we keep the bandwidth off ..why? And how to know Freq...how much it requires when we want volts
@theengineeringhood3527
@theengineeringhood3527 2 жыл бұрын
Dear Shravya, Inrush is generally a spike or a peak value then gradual decrease in voltage, when it is a spike at that time it might be in few nanoseconds or microseconds at that time the bandwidth of the scope should be set to maximum because the bandwidth rule says that to capture any signal the bandwidth should be atleast 5 time greater than that of the applied signal. You can calculate the frequency of the inrush if it is few ns or ms Thats the reason maximum bandwidth is used at the time of capturing inrush. Set the probe type as Voltage and select measure current yes in that you need to define the probe V/A or A/V factor as per the probe specifications
