Agadmator was saying that he just missed d4 after c4 check like d4 was defended. The queen could take d4 with check, but then bishop e3 blocks check and would trap the queen. It was a nice tactic that was never pointed out for some reason.
@jpriep
@jpriep Жыл бұрын
Thank you for this! Because I didn't understand at first why he did not simply take on d4 (and he never considered it). But I guess that's why I'm only a 950 player 😅

@@jpriep I was looking at D4 after it was played at first like “huh, did he blunder that bad?” And Agad acted like it was something obvious why he couldn’t capture. That is a very unique queen trap in the dead center of the board involving like 7 different pieces.

You had some crazy tactics in the end of the game, watching this with the engine :D
@kering777
@kering777 Жыл бұрын
Watch on your own and try to find tactics. Using engines won't improve your games. Use engines only after your games like Agad did.

I wanted to see the two rooks traded for the queen so bad! I was like, there's no way White is going to be able to hold on to all its loose pawns and knights with Black's queen free to roam around. I'm also not sure what White was thinking when he traded down for his rook and then kept trading pieces as if that was somehow going to give him an advantage. Then he willingly offered up that queen for two rooks trade, which also would've been just as losing.

Hello agad, when you are doing your analysis post game, you can click the settings in the top right and increase the number of lines so you can see multiple options for moves. Helps me a lot, maybe you'll like it too :)

For me, 12...Qd7 was my first instinct while I was watching.. with the idea that I want to push f6 to get rid of the e5 wedge without hanging the e6 pawn after the trade.. as I wouldn't wanna get cramped.. and if exf6 doesn't happen.. then the pawn can support the h and g pawns..

I have a question.... after Nf3 attacking your rook, was Rxg2+ then Qxg2 followed by Qxd4+ work or not? you could win the c3 knight or e5 pawn if you want....it would be great if you share your thoughts on this with me

2nd: Hans Niemann = next Bobby Fischer - Wesley So = current Bobby Fischer - Bobby Fischer's ghost = old Bobby Fischer - Beth Harmon = Bobby Fischer in another universe Each of these 4 'is a prodigy, had a rather dark childhood and is American'. Speaking of Wesley So Hikaru's (the rapid WFRCC) wife almost beat Wesley So's (the classical WFRCC) girlfriend! 2023 USCC - Indeed Carissa Yip won and thanked Wesley So as her secret second in the 2023 USCC closing ceremony speech. But in Carissa vs Atousa, Carissa was losing most of the game. Atousa just blundered in the end. move 54 for black is an 8-move equality puzzle it's so sharp [Variant "From Position"] [FEN "1Q5k/3r1rn1/p3N3/Pp1p2P1/1q2p3/1B2R2P/5P2/6K1 b"] 1... Kh7 2. g6+ Kxg6 3. Rg3+ Kf6 4. Nxg7 Rxg7 5. Qf4+ Ke6 6. Qh6+ Kf5 7. Rxg7 Rxg7+ 8. Qxg7 Qxb3 PS xcdhgq #suggestion #womeninchess #uschesschamps #uschess #uschesschamp #uscc
