I just got mine in this week and WOW. I've been looking at various cowl makers online and I've owned a couple of inexpensive ones over the years...but this one it just insane. I wasn't going to order this because it was said to be polystone, but I watched your live unboxing and saw that it wasn't...I immediately went and ordered it. LOL was NOT expecting to spend that money but thank goodness for the 15% and the payment plan!

I've read another question about dust management, you mentioned makeup brush, the issue with this type of material is that it absorbs the dust and becomes part of the rubber, have you dealt with this?

This is not a rubber material, so I don't think dust will stick to this too much that would damage it.

This is a beautiful piece. I have one as well. The only rub is the Batman logo does not match the original … but it is still a wonderful addition.

Yeah, I think this looks great. I like the look and all the details that come naturally from doing it like this. I really don’t mind the stand. It’s a cool way to display it. You can’t have a Bat Cave without having a Cowl. 😂 it just makes the space more complete by having one. I would also say the same about having part of one of the wall with some of his gadgets. Fun video. Great choice on picking this up.

Is this BAT-Cowl wearable? I have One that I’ve had for 20 years, that Opens in the back & can be Worn, made with a Velcro 10inch opening! I don’t put it on or Allow it to be Tried on anymore, but this one is “bat-tas-tic”✌️🦇🦇🦇🦇

I recently saw the guy from Art statue collector channel ..showing that newer Spider-Man statue (with Carnage below Spider-Man as the base) ..and I was like (thinking) ,,Hey Chris ..how about adding a Spider-Man statue too to go along with Iron Man ?'' 😂 I think you said in the past that you Iove Spider-Man too (or if you didn't coIIect Batman related stuff ..you may have collected Spider-Man stuff too). 😁

This piece is absolutely not worth the price. Pure Arts had to digitally restore the original cowl which means they had to do some minor sculpting which resulted in some innaccuracies. The lines that run along the temple from the eyes to the ears are to sharp which gives the cowl a slight Returns look to it. The entire thing has a texture on it when only the neck down had it on the originals. And that texture is rougher then what we see on the Pure Arts cowl. And you say the cheaper cowls don't hold as much detail is false. I own an 89 cowl that was sourced off of an original master which has a lot more imperfections then what Pure Arts cowl shows. This means they cleaned the cowl more then they should during thr digital restoration.

This cowl looks amazing, but its not even close to being worth $800! You can't even wear it for one, and the emblem doesn't even attach to the cowl on a magnetic plate, but it attaches to the base?!? What kind of poor design is that?!? Honestly, this isnt worth more than about $150-200 since its basically an unusuable statue... they could've gone for greatness... if only you could PUT IT ON!!!
