Three years later, we have put together everything we know and have created the best property tour to date, how we see it, trying to push the quality to another level unseen before. He is charming and apppealing to both sexes. A true sales man for the elite ;-) it's a shame that the ones truly excelling at sales and client bond building most often belong somewhere else because of their abillities ;-) If I may, personally I'd opt for a unique character who presents in her/his own unique style and tread out of the mainstream style of presenting as everyone is copying this. Life is about so much more than luxury depicted in a style that everyone copies. Perhaps include background information such as the philosophy from the architect, perhaps a short interview. I hope you'll soon find a fitting employee and Arthur can focus on what he needs to focus ;-) I'll miss seeing him tho. Hopefully we can meet when I purchase my house ;-)

Wow! Simply, wow. Architecturally inspirational. And landscaped with an appreciation of mature planting, no doubt retaining existing trees, just like Villa Culinan. Wonderful privacy with trees unfolding before your every view. The other plot is essential for the buyer to extend the garden space giving a unique one of a kind property. Even so, without that this doesn’t look squeezed into its existing plot. Artur has timed his return magnificently with a property as unique and individual as himself. Hearty congratulations.

The only fact i can't understand is the price calculation for this resale. 1,5 years back it was sold for 9.x million EURO , assume he invest 1,5million for furniture and interior there is lot room for a realistic price

Sotogrande is great, I had an ex-girlfriend who lived there, but it is far from the airport and basically all amenities like a good choice of gyms, restaurants, bars, clubs. If I could choose it would definitly go for the are of Banus or the front part of Nueva Andalucia!
