I'm super impressed at your conference to do the live mumble. I think we use our channel as a video diary. We definitely concentrate on travel and tours. Reviews gain views but don't really interest us. The characters you chat to in the comments are my personal favourite part of KZbin I (Richard) feel blessed that my wife shares my passion for bikes and the channel. I see so many guys trying to balance their biking life with a family life and often a mrs who doesn't share that biking life.

Close one with the Cows. You never know what's around the next corner. But certainly is alovely area. I just like watching the videos others make. My first videos were for me to remember how I did all my mods to printers and techy suff etc. And now I include motorbikes which is another of my hobbies I share, amongst other things on my channel. Share things you like and if others have an interest thats great. Another good ride out Peaky and gives us things to ponder. Cheers

I'm the same, id take view figures over sub count anyday. Hour is enough for lives , keep them keen. Chasing sub count is a never ending proficy. For me I want to be everything I've become on my channel, rideouts, bloopers, reviews, interviews, I want my channel to be entertaining that's bottom line, I lose track of that with the reviews, but I enjoy them too. Kit reviews bore me I must admit. I'd like to do more for stuff but I just can't get away at the moment, and the bike reviews are a time sucker. Nice one dude

I gave up worrying about how many subs I've got, it goes up and down like a tarts knickers. I really only post em to YT one because it's free storage, two so that I can watch what I've done/where I've been, and three if people like to watch what I've done etc even better. I've got allsorts on my channel, I know that goes against what KZbin advises for building a channel, but hey ho. I watch more youtube than tv, I could probably camcel my Sky subscription as it rarely gets used. Holy cowshit Batman, you don't wanna be hitting them things if you can help it. I love Moto Guzzi's, those Mandelo's look nice but that old 850 Le mans was beautiful.👌👌

I was thinking about this the other day, for me its retention. Trying to keep people watching, once you have than everything else comes in! I don't have the time to dedicate to one niche so I just go with what works for me, based around bikes! One thing I would like to be is as natural as I am doing vlogs on the bike, when the camera is pointed at me!
